This volleyball team only plays doubles volleyball therefore it is for the more well-rounded, athletic, consistent, experienced doubles volleyball players. All players on this team are required to be good at all aspects of the doubles volleyball game: passing, setting, hitting, blocking, serving, covering the court, etc. If you're great at some aspects (hitting or blocking) but not good at the others (passing or setting), you do not belong on this team. Even though none of the regular participants are "Volleyball Freaks", we are athletic, multi-sports athletes therefore we're only looking for "BB" level or better doubles players to keep the games competitive and fun. No beginners please! In fact, all new players are strongly encouraged to first join our slightly less experienced and competitive Grass Volleyball Team. Since we need an accurate head-count for all games, players are required to respond to all game invitations. A positive attitude and good sportsmanship are also required for all team members.
